Mother’s Day is often celebrated with messages of appreciation - and rightly so.

Behind the celebration are the many responsibilities mothers carry every day - providing emotional support, caring for their families, managing households, and balancing these commitments alongside their professional roles.

At the same time, many mothers continue to navigate demanding workplace expectations, limited flexibility, job security concerns, and, in some cases, complex labour and family law challenges.
