*Candidate Attorneys Placement Programme*
The Law Society of South Africa has received a grant from the Safety and Security SETA (SASSETA) for the placement of 100 unemployed graduates as candidate attorneys in law firms. Each of the placed graduates will receive a stipend of R 6 000 per month for 24 months. Interested law firms should submit the following information:-
• Name of the currently unemployed graduates who must be from a previously disadvantaged background (Please note that 80% of the placements will be allocated to previously disadvantaged individuals and 60% of those will be allocated to black females)
• Compliance with SARS requirements
• Current Fidelity Fund certificate and
• Certified copy of company registration (if applicable)

Applying law firms will be expected to send proof of interview.

School directors can be requested for a list unemployed graduates to assist if you are unable to identity a graduate on your own.

The employment date will be advised after the signing of learner agreement and MOU is finalised with SASSETA.
