Robberts Gouws Attorneys was founded by Danielle Robberts and Nicole Gouws in January 2018. Our Team:
Nicole obtained her undergraduate BA LAW and postgraduate LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and completed her articles at the end of 2015. She was admitted as an attorney in February 2016 and a Notary Public in June 2017. Nicole is an excellent problem-solver and has a keen eye for detail. She prides herself in the prioritisation and detailed preparation of each legal matter to achieve the best outcome for her clients. Her areas of specialty include family law and related matters, ante nuptial contracts and all other notarial work.
Danny obtained her undergraduate BA LAW and postgraduate LLB degrees at the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney in February 2016. Specialising in family law and related matters, Danny’s pragmatic attitude and solution-driven approach is what sets her apart. She is passionate about matters pertaining to the family unit; and maintains that safeguarding the best interests of the child is of paramount importance in securing the best possible outcome for all parties. She is a registered collaborative law professional with the NACP (National Association of Collaborative Professionals) and has completed FAMAC mediation training.
Cisca Louw joined as secretary and receptionist at Robberts Gouws’ formation and is the epitome of efficiency, professionalism and care. Cisca is our clients’ first contact and deals with all administrative queries whilst guiding our clients through the legal process.
