Good Afternoon, please take note that we are experiencing extreme problems with our phone lines. All the physical lines supplying our area have been stolen and we have been informed by Telkom that they will not be replacing them because of the amount of times that they get stolen. We then installed a wireless microwave telephone system but now we are being severely affected by load shedding. Please take note, this is not only when we have loadshedding (as we have a generator backup) but also when other areas are loadshedding as the system is dependent on cell phone towers.
