NEWLY ADMITTED ATTORNEY (SANDTON)
SALARY RANGE – R10,000.00 to R15,000.00 p/m (depending on experience)
Our client, a boutique law firm based in Sandton is seeking to employ a newly admitted attorney to start as of the 1st of June 2023 with experience in the following practice areas:
• Corporate law.
• Labour law litigation & CCMA appearances;
• Property law;
• Conveyancing / notary (or interest in pursuing this area of law);
• Civil court litigation (High Court & Magistrate Court).

Requirements
• University degree;
• Newly admitted attorney (1 to 3 years);
• Lower Court Rights of appearance;
• Computer literate (MS Word, MS Outlook);
• Preference to previously disadvantaged candidates.
Advantages
The following will be deemed to be advantageous:
• 1 – 3 years’ experience post admission;
• Own car and drivers licence;
• High Court right of appearance;
• Candidate based in Johannesburg and with knowledge of the locations of the relevant courts. If you apply from outside Johannesburg please note that relocation costs will not be provided.
