And another one…

We are excited about this trademark application update.

From all the applications filed in the past 18 months, this was exciting with the initial provisional refusal of the application for being “open to objection by virtue of section 10 (14 & 15) of the Trade Mark Act as confusingly similar” to submitting a detailed objection setting out the reasons why we disagree with the provisional refusal to receiving a Notice of Acceptance and submitting for advertisement in the Patent journal.

Now we wait with baited breath that we do not receive any objection but we receive a Trademark Certificate.
