Ivanda Venter obtained her BLC and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria. She completed a two year articles and was admitted as an attorney in 1998. She commenced to specialise in Family Law and was appointed as a Family Advocate at the Office of the Family Advocate in Johannesburg and obtained extensive experience in the field during the five years she served as a Family Advocate.

In 2004 she completed a SAAM accredited mediation course and is a member of SAAM (South African Association of Mediators). In 2006 she completed her Master’s degree in Family Law at UNISA cm laude. In 2008 she completed a Course on the Children’s Act at the University of Pretoria. In 2013 Ivanda Venter completed basic training in Collaborative Divorce Practise and became a member of the NACP (National Academy of Collaborative Professionals in South Africa.

During her 17 years of practise she has always had a passion for Family Law and for the past twelve years specialises in Family Law matters exclusively.

Ivanda Venter understands the needs of client’s going through difficult and sometimes very high conflict divorces and uses all her skills to assist her clients in during this time.
