• Mediation of Family and Divorce disputes is the best way to deal with most cases. It saves costs, time & relationships and is the most effective method of achieving desired results.
• We settle to 80% of disputes in the first 2-hour session. A further 15% of cases settle at a second & third session. Only 5% of cases submitting to mediation don't settle.
• Resolving Family and Divorce Disputes through Mediation out of court is our Core Business.
• Divorces is done from beginning to end, including all pre- and -post divorce disputes.
• For u***d parents, we assist with Contact & Care, Parenting Plans, Visiting Schedules, Maintenance, Relocations, etc.
• Grandparents & third party contact is arranged through Parental Responsibility & Rights agreements.
