Set SMART goals for each team.

SMART goals are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. Here's what a SMART goal looks like: Marketing will increase new lead generation by 10% each quarter this year, and sales reps have a quota of R20,000 per quarter for a total of R100,000 for the team's quota this quarter. Setting SMART goals for each team is a key step toward making the teams accountable to each other.

Oral Hygiene

WHAT IS GOOD ORAL HYGIENE?

Good oral hygiene results in a mouth that looks and smells healthy. This means:
• Your teeth are clean and free of debris
• Gums are pink and do not hurt or bleed when you brush or floss
• Bad breath is not a constant problem
If your gums hurt or bleed while brushing or flossing, you probably have a condition known as gingivitis. This is a reversible condition which arises due to the presence of plaque. Good brushing removes plaque and the gums return to normal within a day or two. So remember: “the more it bleeds, the more you must brush...”
Your dentist or hygienist can help you learn good oral hygiene techniques and can help point out areas of your mouth that may require extra attention during brushing and flossing, but you can’t visit them every day; oral hygiene is up to you and a good home brushing routine is all your teeth need.

ORAL HEALTH MAINTENANCE
Oral Hygiene

Healthy teeth not only enable you to look and feel good, they make it possible to eat and speak properly. Good oral health is also important to your overall well-being. Did you know that uncontrolled gum disease can lead to heart problems?
Brushing is the most important part of your daily oral routine. Brush thoroughly twice a day and floss once a day. Brushing should take about two minutes and you need to concentrate on getting the bristles onto the gum as well as all surfaces of the teeth. Brush vigorously to make sure that the germs are physically removed from the tooth surface.

Diet

A healthy diet is important for your overall wellbeing, but how does it affect your teeth and gums?
Sugar has the most devastating effect on teeth because sugar is used by the germs that cause decay. The germs convert sugar to acid and it is the acid that breaks down the tooth surface. The best defence against this is to keep sugars in the mouth for the shortest possible time i.e. don’t suck the sweets for too long, chew them and swallow and if possible rinse your mouth with water afterwards. This is very important for children.

Fluoride

Use dental products that contain fluoride. A daily, low concentration of fluoride inhibits germ growth and also helps repair small areas of decay that may have formed.
