Another Major Victory Against the Road Accident Fund

We are proud to share yet another successful outcome in our ongoing efforts to protect the rights of claimants. In this matter, the Road Accident Fund launched an appeal after the High Court in Gauteng ruled that interest remains payable on both capital and costs, even where interest is not expressly stated in the court order.

The Road Accident Fund was granted leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Appeal. However, the Supreme Court of Appeal firmly rejected their arguments and dismissed the appeal. We were honoured to act as one of the respondents in this case, contributing to a decision that reinforces fairness and accountability in RAF matters.

This ruling marks another important win for claimants and demonstrates our continued commitment to challenging practices that undermine the rights of injured parties.
