Anri is currently furthering her legal education by studying towards a postgraduate LLB, which she expects to complete in August 2026. With close to three years of experience in the human resources field, Anri has developed extensive expertise in legal recruitment, industrial relations, employee relations, and human resource management. Her background includes chairing disciplinary hearings, advising companies on workplace and labour-related matters, drafting employment contracts and workplace policies, and overseeing compliance within organisations. Anri also gained valuable legal experience as a paralegal at a law firm specialising in Road Accident Fund (RAF) matters, giving her a solid understanding of legal practice from both an operational and client service perspective.
As the Human Resources Manager and Quality Control & Assurance Manager at Burger Huyser Attorneys, Anri plays a vital role in supporting both the firm’s employees and its clients. Her responsibilities include overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee well-being, disciplinary processes, employment contracts, policy development, and staff check-ins. In addition, Anri also attends to client complaints, working closely with both clients and attorneys to resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
