On 29 July 2025, three team members from Bouwer & Olivier Inc. presented at the IIE MSA Legal Career Day. The topic was "From law student to legal professional: How to secure articles and what to expect in your first year" and was interesting, relevant, well presented and gave valuable practical insights to the attendees.

A big thank you to for the presentation opportunity. We wish all your law students the best for a bright legal future and to effect a positive change in South Africa!

On 3 October 2025, the Bouwer & Olivier Inc team, in collaboration with Mediation in Motion Mediators (NPO), sponsored Hole Nr 10 and the two longest drive prizes at the Gauteng Attorneys Association golf day.

We played a fun game on the putting green to see who could be "the closest to consensus in the settlement zone", witnessed the day's longest drive and enjoyed a beautiful Johannesburg-spring day networking with colleagues and clients. Both organisations were well and proudly represented.

Well done to all the organizers and players! We are proud to be part of Gauteng's legal and mediation fraternities.

This public holiday was officially recognized by President Mandela in 1995, and has since been the day for the Rainbow Nation to proudly celebrate our rich and diverse cultures, beliefs, and traditions. United in our diversity, South Africa is a nation that belongs to all its people.

The Bouwer & Olivier Inc. team proudly supported the National Wills Week 2025 by volunteering their time and expertise at the Johannesburg Master's Office on Wednesday, 17 September 2025.

On 18 July, we not only celebrate the former president Nelson Mandela's birthday, but also officially honour his legacy. Mandela, one of the greatest humanitarians of the 20th century, inspired millions of people through his positive and reconciliatory attitude, to make the world a better place for all who live in it.

The Bouwer & Olivier Inc team celebrates and congratulates Marc Roets, who had his LLB graduation ceremony at the University of Pretoria on 28 May 2025.

Marc joined the B&O Inc team as a candidate legal practitioner in January 2025. His eagerness to gain practical experience on a daily basis, and his commitment to supporting the rest of the B&O team contributes to maintaining the firm's high standard of legal services.
