BREAKING NEWS:

SWVG Inc. achieves another ground breaking victory on behalf of our clients (South Cables and Electrical (Pty) Ltd & Ashdem Investments CC), who successfully applied on an urgent basis to convert business rescue proceedings into liquidation proceedings.

Honourable Justice Malindi found that our clients discharged the onus to prove that there remained no reasonable prospects of the company (Walro Flex (Pty) Ltd) from being saved.

A very big thank you to Adv. Louis Hollander and Adv. Jonathan Hoffman who appeared on our clients’ behalf.

The Business Rescue Practitioners were ordered to pay the costs of the application in their personal capacity (de bonis propriis).

The origin of the symbol of SWVG Inc. is reference to the manner in which we approach the law, where in complex cases there are two or more attorneys who have carriage of a matter to ensure lengthy debate when it comes to strategy, as law is not linear and this is what separates SWVG Inc. from the rest.

The wolf was chosen as our symbol as we run in a pack and in which pack we consider our clients and our counsel to be a part of.
