Yesterday, our directors, Dr Gerrie Ebersohn and Lizel Van Deventer attended the Motor Industry Staff Association (MISA) annual Women’s Breakfast for the Highveld Region.

This initiative, which was started many years ago by MISA’s CEO, Martlé Keyter is a celebration dedicated to the recognition of women and the vital role they play in South Africa’s motor industry.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties and switchboard
- Welcome and direct clients to appropriate boardrooms
- Prepare deposit letters and process client payments
- Update and manage the Firm’s law books
- File and archive closed matters
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Must currently reside within a 25km radius of Randburg
- At least 3 years of experience working in a legal environment
- Excellent command of English (Afrikaans proficiency is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
