At GOLOLO ATTORNEYS INC., we believe that no person should be subjected to an unlawful deprivation of their property or unjustified financial demands.

In mid-August 2026, a client approached our firm seeking legal assistance after his four cattle were impounded and detained by the SPCA, which subsequently demanded approximately R15,000 in impoundment fees, without offering our client a reasonable payment arrangement.

Our firm immediately intervened, engaging the SPCA management and demanding an explanation and disclosure of the legal basis upon which our client’s cattle had been impounded and continued to be detained.

Despite our requests, no satisfactory legal justification was furnished to our firm.

We remained steadfast in protecting our client’s interests and challenging the continued detention of his livestock.
