DDPA is growing swiftly and we’re looking to add an Executive Assistant to our dynamic team! 📣🌟⚖️⏰📩💚

The Executive Assistant (EA) will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) of the Firm, and assist the MD with an array of personal, administrative, and other tasks. The ideal candidate should display a high level of professionalism, be reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Strong organisational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail is essential. A high level of verbal and written communication will be crucial in this role, and the candidate should display the interpersonal skills to work within a team but be comfortable to also work independently to a great extent. They must be flexible and adaptable while maintaining productivity, and be able to work well under pressure. Ideally, this person should be able to take initiative, be pro-active, and showcase adept problem solving abilities.
Qualifications
• Relevant qualification as an executive assistant, personal assist, executive secretary or similar
• High proficiency in general computer skills and particularly Microsoft Office suite
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
