Prof Cláudio S. de Lucena Neto is a Professor of Law with the Center for Legal Studies Paraíba State University (UEPB), Brazil as well as Visiting Research Fellow at the The Center for Cyber, Law and Policy, University of Haifa, Israel. He is also currently a PhD Candidate, Research Centre for the Future of Law, Católica Global School of Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He has written books and articles on Cyberlaw and has presented at International Conference all over the world.
