Convicted serial killer Rosemary Ndlovu and her co-accused, former officer Nomsa Mudau, appeared in the Kempton Park Regional Court today, 14 May 2026 for closing arguments in a murder-for-hire plot.
They face charges of conspiracy to commit murder and incitement under the Riotous Assemblies Act for allegedly planning to kill Mudau's husband, Justice Mudau, to claim R3 million in life insurance. An alleged hitman was promised R80,000.
Ndlovu, already serving multiple life sentences for killing six people for insurance payouts, is accused of arranging the hit. Witnesses testified about meetings in Thembisa. The State cited financial motive and noted Ndlovu's failure to testify.
