Payroll Administration Posisition

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office Payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for security personnel, while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry-specific agreements.

Key Responsibilities
•Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, salaries, and benefits.
•Process payroll, ensuring accurate calculation and payment of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefit
•Handle payroll queries, discrepancies, and reconciliations efficiently.
•Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, SARS submissions, and bargaining council agreements.
•Prepare payroll reports, statutory returns, and third-party payments (UIF, Provident Fund, Medical Aid, etc.).
•Support payroll system administration, including updates, troubleshooting, and system migration projects.
•Lead and support payroll audits, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
•Provide payroll-related insights to management and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:
•2–3 years in payroll administration (security industry experience advantageous).
•Proficiency in payroll software (Sage Cloud, Classic, Premier), plus MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Competencies
•In-depth knowledge of South African payroll legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SARS, UIF, COIDA, POPIA).
•High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
•Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

A company in Pretoria East is looking for a Marketer Manager to lead a company marketing product and campaigns.

Job Title: Marketing Campaign Manager

Purpose of the Role,

To lead and manage all marketing campaign activities related to Bonus Bash, a unique value-added product offering designed to benefit employees and consumers. The role includes supervising a telemarketing and call center team, conducting virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients, driving sales targets, and ensuring post-sign-up service and satisfaction for both client companies and their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Ex*****on
Plan, execute, and oversee targeted marketing campaigns to promote Bonus Bash.
Coordinate across digital, telephonic, Google meet and in-person channels to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance.
2. Telemarketing & Call Center Supervision
Lead, train, and manage the internal telemarketing and outbound call center team.
Set daily and weekly call targets, script strategies, and performance goals.
Review call recordings, ensure professionalism, and provide coaching for improvements.
Oversee lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
3. Direct Client Engagement
Personally conduct Microsoft Teams presentations and pitches with key decision-makers.
Hold in-person one-on-one meetings where necessary to close deals or address client concerns.
Represent Bonus Bash professionally and persuasively in all client interactions.
4. Sales & Target Management.
Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
Motivate the team to meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health.
Work closely with management to refine pricing and promotional strategies as needed.
5. Post-Sign-Up Servicing
Take ownership of client onboarding once a deal is signed.
Ensure smooth activation of value-added services for client companies and their employees.
Act as a liaison for any post-sales queries or support needs.
Work with internal teams to ensure benefit delivery is timely and satisfactory.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Results-driven with an energetic and persuasive personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, and basic data reporting.
Comfortable presenting to executives and HR decision-makers.
