Minimum Requirements
• Completion of articles of clerkship, or application for admission pending
• Exposure to civil litigation during articles (debt collection experience advantageous)

Key Responsibilities
• Management of a portfolio of debt recovery and litigation matters
• Drafting and issuing of summonses and applications for default judgment
• Handling of undefended matters through to judgment stage
• Court appearances where required
• Liaising with clients, debtors, sheriffs, and correspondents
• Ensuring strict compliance with the National Credit Act, court rules, and internal protocols
• Meeting defined productivity and performance targets
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file records and reporting

Strong typing, formatting, and document-management skills;
