The Seller have to provide the Conveyancing Attorneys with:
* Latest Rates, Water & Electricity statement;
* Photo's of both water and electricity meter;
* In the case of prepaid meters, a clear photo of the meter. The number on the meter is linked to a levy account at the Local Municipality.

WHAT IS CONVEYANCING?

Conveyancing is the legal transfer of a property from one owner to another. The process involves a licensed conveyancer who acts on behalf of both Seller and Purchaser.
The Seller usually have the prerogative to choose the Conveyancing Attorney, although it is negotiable between the parties since the Purchaser pays the Transfer and Bond costs.
