Statement on the University Of Pretoria's plan to increase the registration fee to R10 000 for all students starting from 2024

FALASF University Of Pretoria Branch highly condemns this plan proposed by the institution, not only does it show high amount of neglectance and segragation against poor students who cannot afford to pay this amount, it also shows how the University chooses to prioritize the privileged students who belong to the Bourgeoisie for the sake of seeming "more legitimate".

FALASF UP Branch is prepared to take any necessary steps to oppose and prevent this from happening because it will send the unprivileged students who have a desire to improve their home situations by going to school back home, FALASF is for Azanian students and it will continue liberating for social justice
