On the 7th of September 2017, Christo Bekker Incorporated obtained a court order interdicting/stopping the City of Tshwane to cut off one of our clients water and electricity due to a previous owner's arrear account. We launched this application in May 2017, more than 3 months before the Constitutional Court declared such actions by the Municipality as unconstitutional. We therefore showed insight in obtaining legal relief for our client in line with decision of the Constitutional Court before the decision was even made. If your water or electricity is also being illegally disconnected, contact our office for assistance.
