Insolvency law is something that I have taken an interest in. We're currently busy with liquidating a solvent company with no debts and I must say it's quite interesting and challenging at the same time. This type of law includes company law and the Master of the high Court is also involved as well as the CIPC.

Today we assisted some students from the university of Johannesburg with their residential problems. We drafted a letter giving them 48 hours to remedy the situation or we would file an urgent application to the high Court and sue for damages.

The matter was resolved before we could even draft the urgent application. The students were offered alternative means to stabilize their living conditions.

When we got feedback from the students, we were really glad we could help.
