16 REAL REASONS WHY COL. GADDAFI WAS KILLED:

1. There was no electricity bill in Libya, electricity was free for all its citizens during Gaddafi's reign.

2. There was no interest on loans, banks in Libya were state-owned and loans were given to all its citizens at 0% interest by law.

3. Home considered a human right in Libya – Gaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a
home. Gaddafi’s father had died while him, his wife and his mother were still living in a tent during his reign.

4. All newlyweds in Libya received $60,000 Dinar (US$ 50,000 ) by the government to buy their first apartment so to help start up
the family.

5. Education and medical treatments was free in Libya. Before Gaddafi only 25% of Libyans are literate. During his reign the figure was 83%.

6. If Libyans want to take up farming career, they received farm land, a farming house, equipment, seeds and livestock to kick- start their farms – all for free.

7. If Libyans couldn't find the education or medical facilities they need in Libya, the government used funds them to go abroad for it – not only free but they got US $2, 300/mth accommodation and car allowance.

8. In Libyan during Gaddafi reign, if a Libyan buys a car, the government subsidized 50% of the price.

9. The price of petrol in Libya is $0. 14 per liter in Gaddafi time.

10. Libya had no external debt and its reserves amounted to $150 billion – now frozen globally.

11. If a Libyan was unable to get employment after graduation the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until
employment is found.

12. A portion of Libyan oil sale was, credited directly to the bank accounts of all Libyan citizens.

13. A mother who gave birth to a child received US $5 ,000

14. 40 loaves of bread in Libya costed $ 0.15 during Gaddafi's reign.

15. 25% of Libyans had a university degree , during Gaddafi reign.

16. Gaddafi carried out the world’s largest irrigation project, known as the Great Man- Made River project, to make water readily available throughout the desert country.

If this is called "Dictatorship" I wonder what type of Leadership Democrats have.

Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary face deportation

Self-proclaimed Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary could lose their permanent residence in South Africa as it has turned out they fraudulently acquired it.

The Malawian born preacher established the Enlightened Christian Gathering church in South Africa’s administrative capital Pretoria and has seen the church’s branches mushroom across the country thanks to his antics and ‘miracles’.

Home affairs officials who served notices to the pair during their time of application have been suspended by the department pending an investigation.

Mary Bushiri was arrested on the 19th of October at the family’s some shortly after receiving a notice requiring her and husband to report to the Hawks‘ Pretoria branch before 11 am according to the statement by the church.

Learning about his wife’s arrest, Bushiri handed himself to the Hawks and they have both been in custody since then.

The charges against Bushiri and his wife keep pilling up by the day, signalling the beginning of the end of his church business in one of Africa’s biggest economies.

The church leaders were initially charged with fraud, money laundering, and theft, but the charges are set to increase and include contravening certain provisions of the Immigration Act.

According to Home Affairs Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi, the couple arrived in South Africa using the visitor’s Visas in 2009.

Whilst on visitors’ visas, the couple started registering companies and conducting business, something that is not allowed according to the law.

Bushiri could be charged for conducting business whilst on visitors’ Visa.

The Minister went on to reveal Bushiri misrepresented in his application or permanent residence when he revealed he arrived in the country in 2015 when in actual fact he arrived six years earlier in 2009.

With regards to Mary Bushiri, she entered the country with her husband in 2009, and later re-entered in 2012.

The self-proclaimed Prophetess produced a 1997 issued permanent residency visa, long before she even entered the country.

The department has since issued the couple with a notice to explain their immigration discrepancies.

Limpopo pastor who r***d girls ’to remove evil spirits’ jailed for life

Pastor James Thubakgale, 57, has been convicted on two counts of r**e and sentenced to two life terms in the Mankweng regional court.

Limpopo spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi said Thubakgale was convicted of ra**ng two girls, aged 14 and 16.

“Thubakgale was a well-known pastor of the Deliverance Church of Christ in Polokwane. He used to r**e minor children belonging to his church. Their parents were told to bring their kids in order to receive deliverance or to get the prophecy,” said Malabi-Dzhangi.

During the trial, the court heard that the first incident of a 16-year-old girl happened in 2009 after a church service.

“The pastor called the complainant in order to deliver her from evil spirits. The pastor penetrated her, claiming to remove the evil spirit. The second incident of a 14-year-old girl happened after church in his house. Thubakgale called the complainant and upon her arrival she was told that God loves her and she has a gift of prophecy but the problem is that she has a snake inside her stomach,” said Malabi-Dzhangi.

However, Thubakgale promised her he would remove the “snake” from the young girl’s stomach.

“The pastor put a white towel on the bed and instructed her to sleep so that he can take out the snake and he told her to undress to her underwear only. He immediately grabbed her hands and inserted his p***s into her va**na and r***d her. She tried to scream and no one came to her rescue,” said Malabi-Dzhangi.

“The pastor ran the water and told her to bathe. He later came with the gun and threatened her with it.”

Weeks later, Thubakgale called the teenager, went into her house and instructed her to lie on the couch and r***d her again.

The National Prosecuting Authority said the teenager “was r***d several times until she stopped attending the church”. In court, Thubakgale pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Thubakgale and five other church members are also facing several charges on a pending case in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court.

In mitigation of sentence, Thubakgale’s defence team argued that the man of the cloth should be given a lesser sentence, preferably a non-custodial sentence. The lawyers submitted the court should consider Thubakgale’s age and his health conditions.

“In aggravation of sentence, advocate Calvin Tjege argued the submission by the defence did not have substance, since no substantial and compelling circumstances existed. He further asked the court to impose the prescribed minimum sentence for each count,” said Malabi-Dzhangi.

“The court remarked that the accused being the pastor was supposed to protect the flock and not to abuse or to breach the trust. The court agreed with the State and sentenced Thubakgale to two (life terms).”

INFORMAL SETTLEMENT DWELLERS EVACUATED

Residents of an informal settlement located between extension 14 and 20 in Mokopane were today evacuated seemingly without notice.

Inhabitants of the informal settlement were outraged at this action citing that they have long waited for RDP houses and that many community members were attacked,r***d and killed while crossing the land.
