Founded in 2003 and still headed up by attorney, author, mediator and arbitrator Jacques Jansen, who maintains a personal involvement in every case we do. We focus on the following areas of law:-

businessmen, international churches and other non-profit organisations to employees, house wifes and mine workers. Because we believe that no matter how big or small your case might be- if its deserving, we must either take it on or advise you as to how to best access our justice system on your own. Our professional and supporting staff undergo constant training, both academic and practical. This guards against complacency and nourishes their common need to pursue justice on behalf of our clients. We have, since its inception and availability in South Africa, made use of internet technologies to communicate and transact with our clients, both local and abroad. We believe in the paperless environment and strive to do our small part to combat global warming. Jacques can always be found somewhere in the social media, teaching, training, advising and spreading pro bono legal documents amongst vulnerable members of society.
