Its goal is to nurture and embrace South African culture for what it truly is, accepting all races and genders.

The day is usually celebrated with a cookout known as a braai and we suggest that you channel your inner South African and celebrate with a feast of your own.

All too often estates have to be dealt with where Wills are invalid for lack of compliance with the prescribed formalities. Worse still - a Will that is substantially outdated and that doesn't make adequate provisions for dependants who were born after the Will was executed. Perhaps the worst of all is where a deceased doesn't have a Will.

Don't make the tragedy of your death worse for those you leave behind by not dealing with your estate while you still can.
