It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our colleague and dear friend Nomandla, following a courageous and dignified battle with cancer.
Nomandla has been part of the Molenaar & Griffiths family since September 2011, and over the years she became so much more than a colleague to us. She was a steady, familiar presence in our daily lives—always immaculately dressed, always composed, and truly a “no-nonsense” woman who carried herself with grace and confidence.
She was God-fearing, kind-hearted, and deeply respectful. Her friendly nature and warm conversations will be missed more than words can fully express.
Our hearts are truly broken. We have not just lost a colleague, but a cherished part of our extended family—a jewel in our workplace who brought dignity, warmth, and strength into our space every day.
To her family and loved ones, we extend our deepest condolences. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories she leaves behind and strength in the legacy of the remarkable woman she was.
