We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join our Litigation Department.
Key Requirements
· Strong administrative and organisational skills in order to
manage all administrative aspects of the department;
· Arranging of consultations with clients;
· Create, organize and maintain a suitable electronic filing
systems;
· Organize and maintain documents in an electronic filing
system;
· Perform general administrative duties;
· Attending to administrative functions associated with a
litigation practice;
· General secretarial duties such as managing a diary, filing,
typing of letters, emails, notices and pleadings, drafting of
accounts, index and pagination of Office and Court Files;
· Liaising with clients, various Regulatory Bodies, sheriff's and
answering of telephone calls;
· Proficiency in English (spoken as well as written language);
· Must be computer proficient (Office Suite - specifically
Outlook, Word, and Excel) (Essential)
