Karen Hepburn has been practicing law for approximately 20 years. Karen started practicing law in 1992 at Austen Smith (after having served articles as an articled clerk at Austen Smith since 1990.) She quickly progressed through the firm, becoming a partner in 1995. In 2003, Karen became the senior Commercial partner for the firm. Karen is a qualified Conveyancer with 13 years extensive

experience
In June 2004, Karen left Austen Smith to form the partnership A P Smith & Hepburn in order to provide quality service in a more personalized environment. Karen headed up the Conveyancing Department at AP Smith & Hepburn. Karen secured and attended to all the transfers from the Kranskop Land Claim which totaled approximately R110 million. Karen is also very experienced in Commercial law, Estate Planning and Trusts. In November 2006, Karen moved her offices to Hilltops Office Park. Karen specialises in Commercial Law, Trust Formation, Trust and Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Conveyancing.

We say farewell to someone who has been a very special part of the Hepburn Inc family for many years.

Cheryl Muller joined us as a receptionist and, through dedication, hard work, and a willingness to grow, became an integral part of our Trust Administration department. Her journey within the firm is a true reflection of commitment, professionalism, and perseverance.

Over the years, Cheryl has built lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike, always bringing warmth, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything she does.

While we are sad to see her go, we are incredibly grateful for the contribution she has made to Hepburn Inc and proud to have been part of her journey.
