Dear Clients
Kindly note that we are aware that it has been difficult to get a hold of our offices of late. Kindly note that we have restored telecommunications, please see our website for details and working hours as both have changed. Kindly also note that we are continuing with the protocols of no face to face contact at all. This is unfortunately for the safety and protection of various persons.
Kindly also note that we are still experiencing some technical issues but our techs are sorting this out asap, in the interim we will endeavor to assist as much as possible.

Kindly also note, that we have changed our firm's directive into an online-based advice/ consulting and drafting only entity. We will not be handling any insurance company matters for the foreseeable future unless strictly for opinion related requests. All files and documents in our possession are in the process of or have been sent to the new attorneys (should we have received the contact details).

Any outstanding accounts both due to us and for our attention will be finalized once the technicians have put us back online.

Kindly note that due to the fact that our office's COVID Status has suddenly changed and our status upgraded we are forced to temporarily refer all active files to other attorneys, as we are not in a position to attend to the following:

1. face-to-face consultation
2.attend to any court appearances
3. submit any documents at court or Masters office and similar institutions.

We have updated the Legal Practice Council as well. Currently, we are continually working remotely to send the original documents and updates but will only be limited to providing legal advice, drafting documents, and legal opinions for the foreseeable future.

We humbly request your understanding and patience given our current working conditions.

We are saddened by this turn of events and wish you all the best in the future. Please don't hesitate to ask should you have any further questions.

Kindly also note that we are moving offices and will no longer be available at 118 Van Riebeeck Road, Kuilsriver as of the 1st of July 2020. We have also noted that our landline has been giving problems, we apologize for the inconvenience and will be rectifying that as soon as possible, in the interim kindly contact us per email.
