Candidate Attorney / Junior Attorney Required for offices based in Kempton Park:

The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.
This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
Maintain client relationships
Prepare legal reports and documents
Qualifications: LLB degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge

Including, but not limited to: Court work
Client consultations
Setting up of accounts
Extensive Legal Knowledge required

A very happy divorce client spoilt us with a gorgeous divorce cake yesterday.

We are looking for a female who is currently studying law part time for a secretarial/candidate attorney role on a 5 year contract.

The lady will be required to do the following:
Secretarial work
Serving and filing of documents
General office admin and duties
Reception
Answering of and directing of phone calls
Debt collection
Assistant to Legal Secretary
Consulting with clients under supervision

The successful candidate will be trained from day one to be an attorney.

A large part of the client base is Afrikaans so a strong command of the language is preferential.
Own car will be required in order to travel to court and other attorneys for serving and filing of documents.
