The firm was founded in May 2021.The founder Mr David Vusimuzi Ngcobo is an attorney, notary and conveyancers who has more than thirty years of experience in various areas of legal practice His qualification include B.Proc degree from the University of Zululand, LLM specializing in labour law, from the University of Pretoria and short course in Public Policy writing from the University of Stellenbosch. The firm draws its strength from the vast experience of its founder who was initially admitted in the corporate world as a legal advisor and sat in several boards. He had short stint as a lecturer at the University of Pretoria. He then left and was in the local sphere of government where he held various senior management position in various municipalities in Mpumalanga and Gauteng. These included being a municipal manager in at least three municipalities and being a legal advisor in others.
