In 2005 - 2008 Trafficwize established the Corporate Business fines through Director Dallas Delport of Johannesburg Metro Police Department and we brought in over 300 000 per month in outstanding fines and having a Corporate prosecutor working with us . The JMPD supported our Aim of making all motorists legal . In 2008 this was closed as AARTO pilot started with JMPD and we were assisting with NRTA 93/96 ACT . Now AARTO act 93/1998 came into proclamation by Minister of Transport . Trafficwize now had to re think strategy to become a AARTO compliant company and Closed offices for Developments but still assisting Clients . Traffic wize has been facilitating the renewal process on behalf of clients in the vehicle industry with individual licensing departments, specializing in managing the entire submission and payment process, offering choice, speed and convenience to vehicle owners ,assisting In drivers licence renewals and home affairs documents ,accident investigations and Driver training Education . Since 2002 , The proactive way in which Traffi wize has designed its licence renewal management processes has rapidly become its reason for service excellence and speedy service . By adopting a database management approach Trafficwize is able to effectively time the required vehicle renewals while dramatically streamlining the renewal cycle. Each licence renewal is managed through a pre-determined set of events and all status, follow ups and correspondence are managed by specially trained customer service agents who ensure that the entire process is proactively controlled. By nursing each renewal through a pre-determined set of events, the agents are ideally positioned to immediately react to any exceptions, and anomalies are corrected without delay; before the client is even aware of a problem. This improves the customer experience and reduces customer involvement. Trafficwize /will communicate via phone, fax, sms and/or email per licence renewal, thereby ensuring that customers are kept informed at all times and that renewals are finalised in the shortest possible time. Trafficwize is fully AARTO Compliant and been assisting the public with these fines since 2008 and perfected the system and built Scanners with Encrypted codes for car and drivers licences linked to a full Fleet website , and assisted the Metro Police , We have supplied Drivers licence scanners to Metro Police . Trafficwize works daily with Metro Police and other departents to assist the public in becoming legal but at the same time that our clients know their rights . In 2011 Trafficwize was instrumental in having fines withdrawn due to Sect 30 . In 2013 Trafficwize once again assisted in the process of having fines withdrawn due to " Registered post and sect 30 " but at all times working with the JMPD and Directors office . This is why we do not Criticise the JMPD ,RTIA or SAPO as there is a process and this is how we assist you with Traffic fines that are illegal to be withdrawn . However we do NOT encourage you as a Motorist to think you can commit a offence and just have it withdrawn . If a Traffic Infringement is legal it will be paid within the guidelines .
