ASSOCIATE ATTORNEYS – COMPETITION LAW AND GENERAL LITIGATION (2 POSITIONS)
Ndzabandzaba Attorneys Inc. is a small law firm based in Bryanston, Sandton currently looking for two (2) hardworking Associate Attorneys for a period of six (6) months, renewable.
Short Detailed Job Description:
Key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to working on all aspects of Competition Law litigation and mergers and acquisitions in all the specialist tribunal and courts as well as the mainstream courts including the Constitutional Court.
Minimum requirements:
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 5 years post admission experience
General litigation experience will be an added advantage
Problem solver with excellent analytical, research and drafting skills
Job related requirements:
Self-starter prepared to work exceptionally long hours
Professional maturity
Team player
Energetic with a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Excellent drafting skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent computer skills

Key responsibilities for this position include but not limited to working on all aspects of Personal Injury Law, including but not limited to RAF and medical malpractice as well as lower and higher courts.
Minimum requirements:
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
Admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 5 years post admission experience
RAF and general litigation experience
Problem solver with excellent analytical, research and drafting skills
