Choose an area with good schools, shopping centres, transport routes, and future growth potential.

✅ 2. Property Condition
Look for cracks, damp, roof damage, plumbing issues, and electrical problems that could cost you later.

✅ 3. Security
Research the area’s crime levels and inspect the property’s security features such as gates, alarms, and fencing.

✅ 4. Monthly Costs
Don’t only consider the bond repayment. Factor in rates, levies, maintenance, insurance, and utilities.

✅ 5. Resale Value
Ask yourself: “Will this property still be attractive to buyers in 5–10 years?” A good investment should grow in value over time.

I’ve learned that faith isn’t trusting God only when things are going well—it’s trusting Him when the numbers don’t make sense, when opportunities seem delayed, and when the outcome is unclear.

Every client, every deal, every setback, and every breakthrough is part of a bigger plan.

So today, I choose to keep showing up, keep working hard, and keep trusting that what God has promised will come to pass in His perfect timing.
