We all know that justice is not very accessible in South Africa and around the world. “Only the rich can get justice...” and it often rings true when marginalized groups are further excluded from receiving legal assistance.

SoLawyer seeks to meet the legal needs of women who are not poor enough to receive probono services but also not rich enough to pay for billable hours. We assist women who are about to sign new contracts or would like to review existing contracts, along with those that require a general legal opinion.

This is our attempt at bridging the gap; balancing the scales of justice; protecting women from contracts that aren’t favorable and giving an opinion that matters.
