SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
• Highly prestigious boutique PR Company is looking for a Social Media Manager.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing their social media platforms’ content strategies.

Duties and responsibilities
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana and Later
• Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the Company as a leading brand
• Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
• Undertake audience research
• monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
• Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
• Optimize content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
• Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Analyze competitor activity
• Manage and track budgets for social media activities

Requirements and qualifications
• 10 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• BSC Degree in Marketing, BSC Degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Familiarity with web design and publishing

VACANCY: ADMIN/BOOKKEEPER

We are looking for a loyal, hardworking, and well-organised person to join our team.
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 and a relevant post-matric qualification
At least 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping / administrative role.
Knowledge about tender submissions will be advantageous
Excellent communication skills.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate may be expected to perform any other tasks as required by Management as determined by the operational requirements of the business. This is a dual role and the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping administrative records up to date, follow-up with clients, liaison with clients and employees, and managing the office and documentary records. As a bookkeeper, the successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that accounting records are kept up to date and following up with clients where required.
The successful candidate will have, inter alia the following responsibilities:
▪ Work in close liaison with the directors, and follow up and obtain instructions where required.
▪ Work in close liason with auditors or consultants to ensure that functions are carried out efficiently.
▪ Work in close liason with the buyer regarding purchasing of materials and payment to suppliers
▪ Work in close liason with accountant
▪ Management of petty cash, balancing transactions from petty-cash box, keeping record of all purchases.
▪ Follow up on invoices and quotations
▪ Reconciliation and age analysis of customer accounts,
▪ Successful resolution of account queries
▪ Debt collection
▪ Submission of Tender documentation
▪ Any Ad Hoc function associated with a bookkeeper / office administrator
▪ Vat Reconciliations
▪ Checking Company Compliance (.ie SARS, CDS, NRCS ects)
▪ Ensure that administrative records are kept up to date
▪ Managing credit
▪ Ensure that tender documentation are submitted accurately and timeously
▪ Courteous and professional liaison with clients
▪ Use the assets and equipment of the company entrusted to you with responsibility and utmost care
