REMAX Coast and Country Opens Up New Franchise in Pinetown

REMAX Coast and Country is excited to announce its expansion into the Pinetown area with the opening of its sixth Franchise in Kwa-Zulu Natal.

REMAX Coast and Country has expanded its mark in KwaZulu-Natal with the acquisition of the REMAX franchise in Pinetown, making it the sixth Franchise in the province alongside the others on the South Coast.

Under the leadership of Broker/Owner and former Proteas cricketer, Pat Symcox, the experienced management team at REMAX Coast and Country has spent the last seventeen years building the brand into the leading real estate company in their market. Pinetown and the surrounding areas will benefit greatly from the team’s commitment to adding value to the real estate industry.

“The opportunity really came to us through the contract expiration of the previous REMAX franchisee and with us looking to expand our footprint in Kwa-Zulu Natal, we immediately applied to take up the vacant position” explains Symcox.

He adds that they have also secured the services of the highly successful Team Chez, led by Cheryl Kruger, who were the dominant agents under the previous franchise.

According to Symcox, the Pinetown/Westville area remains an essential hub for many families due to the notable schools in the area as well as the close proximity to the large and developed industrial node of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
