I still pray for the day when Black lawyers will unite, build bigger law firms with numerous departments, work hard and smart and share profits at the end of a year of hard working.

Being greedy do the lega fraternity and community we save no justice at all, because we turn to prioritis matters that pays big, while suffocating clients with urgent matter just because such doesn't pay as much.

Buying a House is a done transition when the House is registered in the Buyer's/purchaser's name an he holds title deed on his, name.
Selling a house and singing affidavits it's a big trouble after a Longest Run.

How can an unmarried father obtain
parental rights and responsibilities?
If the unmarried father only wants to
apply for care and/or contact, he can
do so in the Children’s Court.
If the unmarried father wants to apply
for guardianship, an application must
be made in the High Court.
If the unmarried father wants to apply
for care, contact and guardianship, he
must bring the application in the High
Court.

Parliament has finally went head-on with straightin up the proper tackle of one of em crimes which were left unattended for a minute.
"The Protection from Harassment Act makes
it possible for anyone who feels harassed to
approach the court and apply for a protection
order. Under the act, harassment is not
limited to physical and verbal abuse. People
who receive threats or unwanted attention
via social media and text messages may
also apply for a protection order. Those
found guilty will have to pay a fine or
spend as much as 5 years in jail."
This can be done with or without Legal Representative.
