beside being that lawyer who loves to show legal knowledge muscles in court of law, ive learned in practices that we can make representation to Senior public prosecutor for diversion or withdrawal. this is without wasting your time and clients money where its not necessary ey.
U still in Law school or Varsity equipt yourself with ADR and work smart not only hard.

Lawyers are taught to be honourable professionals, But the idea that lawyers have money, a lot of money defeats the honest n integrity.

Let's be honest with our clients, stop making clients to pay big moneys where u know there is no case nor defence.

Lawyers represents, they don't create defence or case where there's non.

Because one day client when corned, will say my lawyer said must say this. Let's not trigger higher hopes to clients, dnt promise much. Just say let's work and see if we have a way through.

Almost all South African industries have dispute resolution. An issue with a Car Dealer, regarding defaults a Motor Industry Ombudsman of
South Africa can be usefull and cheaper than our Legal cost if we go to Court, it is of help with or without a lawyer representing... Its great that courts will soon be the last last step for dispute resolution.

Lawyers running legal practice, knows the law and application of it.A lot of Money to them is not all they work for.

Lawyers running business are the wealthiest.

I still pray for the day when Black lawyers will unite, build bigger law firms with numerous departments, work hard and smart and share profits at the end of a year of hard working.

Being greedy do the lega fraternity and community we save no justice at all, because we turn to prioritis matters that pays big, while suffocating clients with urgent matter just because such doesn't pay as much.
