Tlhompho is a 16 years girl living with her Auntie Sandra since her mother died while she was 2 years old.

It is very early in the morning around 6:00AM in Saturday and iam enjoying my single bed at my mother's room my aunt told me to wake up early today she wants me to cook I'm not ok with this but I guess the is nothing I could do as my mother is no longer alive so I guess my father wouldn't hesitate to see me suffering like this I have been in kitchen for a while now but I'm almost done with cooking I just wonder who will be the visitor today that makes me to wake up so early like this. And what are you cooking?,Nothile asks . I felt like telling her rubbish but i knew I had boundaries in this house. I will not repeat my self kere o apeile eng? (What are you cooking) Nothile asks again, eeeee..ehh um cooking seven colors as unusual .I replied to her while she walks away "you better finish what ever you are cooking in no time" Nothile said disappearing to her room. Nothile is Sandra's daughter my Auntie's daughter same age as mine but treating me like she is older than me I really asks my self that is she going to be ready for this year coz "bo bhiri marung ba fedile " she will better start to think about school now , we are to wards grade 11 both of us but Nothlile should change her subjects because science class is not for everyone so she better make self introspection so that she can think of better stream than science stream because she will really regret her self being in crech all along . Her mother pressured her since previous year for grade 10 by saying "stick with Tlhompho so you can be better as her " she had damaged her daughter but I don't care about her any way schools are about to open in week time so haaaaaai I doubt Nothile for grade 11.Hy you bitch are not done cooking? Stop cooking with your ass and use your hands to help you cooking are you crazy?.Sandra asks with abusive voice. No auntie the gas Is just slow today that's why it took a while for me to cook. The visitor will be here in no time so stop advertising your stupid mentality here and finish your cooking the are lot of house chores today make sure you get ready for each and every chores that will be required from you understood?. I'm quick to nod. Sandra then shouted along the way back to her room

I'm done now is around 11:54 when I heard some noise outside my yard I knew it was Madlamini , I cooked today and I spoiled my time cooking for a useless visitor like Madlamini I knew she was coming that's why they told me about the visitor at night before sleeping time. Tlhompho! Some one is calling my name I knew that it was Madlamini she likes to order a lot from me she arrived not hour ago but I'm sick and tired about her. I knew she loved orange juice too much that I had to put 5L bottle of water to be cold so that she can order more and more, since you are here go to the shop and buy me and your aunt 5kg of cream biscuits.Madlamini said handing me card. which I knew it was R235 at our shop but she gave me a CAPITEC black card then I ran over and I saw Nothile kissing with her boyfriend at the corner of the shop I went to it was so disgusting but I just passed and bought those biscuits I have been sent to . I know I saw Nothile with her boyfriend but I better forget it because it won't be useful any how so I just went through my house and gave Madlamini her card and the pack she sent me to buy. Good girl now you can go and bring the juice and plates. Madlamini said pointing the kitchen. I knew I hate this woman coming here she orders as much as she could. I did as they pleaded and went straight to the tree at the back of the house is a place where I'm used to chill whenever I miss my mother I just wish she was alive so I can have someone to share my privacy with I hope she sees me how slave I'm in this house I have been working since I was 7 years old that's what painful thing my aunt ever taught me to do at the age I was but by the time I was making all house chores Nothile was playing around but me I was born to work I hope my mother sees my everyday pain and God shall respond to it
