1. THE RIGHT TO EQUALITY ⚖️
No one may unfairly discriminate against you based on race, gender, s*x, pregnancy, marital status, ethnic or social origin, color, s*xual orientation, age, disability, religion, conscience, belief, culture, language, or birth.
2. THE RIGHT TO FAIR LABOUR PRACTICES 🤝
Every worker has the right to fair labor practices, to form and join a trade union, and to participate in the activities of that union, including the right to strike.
3. THE RIGHT TO JUST ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION 📃
Everyone has the right to administrative action that is lawful, reasonable, and procedurally fair. If your rights have been affected by administrative action, you have the right to be given written reasons.
