Attention Parents and Teachers.
As of the 1st of January 2019 all people applying with the South African Council of Educators (SACE) is required to submit a police clearance certificate of not more than 6 months old as of the day of submission. SACE are now accepting Afiswitch Police database extracts that CheckIt has direct access to.
Why use CheckIt?

• Fast turn around times (90minutes depending on the option you select)
• Capturing of fingerprints only needs to be completed once, so for future SACE crim check you will not be required to have your fingerprints captured

POPIA becomes effective on 1 July 2020.

Today the Presidency announced that the Protection of Personal Information Act would become effective on 1 July 2020.

Once effective, you must comply with the POPI Act and the Information Regulator will start enforcing the POPI Act one year after the commencement date.
