Our people need to be schooled about their rights to approach courts and other institutions empowered to grant relief. Dereliction of Duty from state civil servants is a great offence.

If any prejudice has resulted from a failure or omission from the civil servant to perform a duty, the prejudiced party can take action. We must all partake in enforcement of our rights. No matter how minute they might seem. Principles principles.
