Just a tip to everyone remember that it is always best to mediate than to litigate.

The difference between the two is as follows:

Litigate - this is when a matter/legal issue is deliberated/ decided in a court of law.

Mediate - this is when a matter is resolved out of court and the parties to a dispute enter to some sort of agreement to resolve dispute.

We at M.I.S legal consultants always opt for mediation as the best option because it essentially saves a lot of money and also is not time consuming as with litigation.
