Today, South Africa marks 70 years since the historic Women’s March of 1956, when thousands of women stood together at the Union Buildings and declared that their voices mattered.
Seventy years later, we honour those who paved the way and the women who continue to lead, build, challenge, nurture and create change.
Here’s to the strength, courage and resilience of South African women.
