STBB - Team Nicole Nicole Stevens is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer, specialising in all aspects of property law, conveyancing and notarial practice.

Coming from a family law background, Nicole has gained experience within a people driven environment from the ground up. She intuitively understands the nuances, leaps and bounds of which a property transaction sustains. Holding herself to a high standard of service delivery within each personal element that the property industry so often demands.
