Do You Need Affordable Legal Advice or an Attorneys assistance?

I am an admitted Attorney since 2001 and I offer legal advice and assistance. I will instruct you about your legal rights and the processes you will need to follow to obtain results for most legal issues. This is NOT an Attorneys firm where you would be charged a fee for every item of work done and where you can not determine at the outset the final costs for the legal assistance.
I offer legal advice that will place you in the position of knowing your legal position and what you can do to enforce your rights or legally protect yourself from those who would exploit you. You will be provided with the knowledge of the applicable law and the procedures needed and the list of steps to be taken. After the consultation your will know your rights, what legal options are open to you, who you should approach and you will have a detailed plan of what steps to take provided to you, which you would have to collect after a few days. The plan will be provided free of charge.
Instead of needing to continually pay huge fees to someone else (an attorney) to do the work for you that you could do yourself, you can be pointed in the right direction and given the information needed to get results yourself.

My fee (paid upfront) will include a consultation not exceeding 40 minutes, drafting of the necessary papers (charged extra if more than 5 pages or if it is not a performa document (ie, it is not a common type of document like, for example a Notice of Intention to Defend), etc (note that contracts are charged differently), review of any documentation, drafting of an opinion stating your current legal position, the required actions needed, the processes that should be followed, the persons / organisations that need to be contacted and a list of attorneys that I can recommend if you can not succeed via your own efforts. I am also a consultant for some of these attorney firms and can appear on your behalf in court once you have appointed those firms to represent you at a lower rate.
Any subsequent consultation on the same matter will be charged at 50% of the fee and will be limited to 20min and should be necessary only if there are new developments. If further drafting is needed these will be considered on an ad hoc basis.
I offer consultation rates on a sliding scale according to your earnings. Note the rates are per consultation which will include all the above.
Earnings (Gross) over R12 000 per month, full rate will be charged of R1000.00
Earnings (Gross) between R8000 and R12 000, fee of R650 will be charged.
Earnings (Gross) between R6000 and R8000, fee of R500 will be charged.
Earnings (Gross) between R3500 and R6 000, fee of R350 will be charged.
Earnings (Gross) below R3500 a fee of R275 will be charged.
These fees are subject to change.
With regards to contracts and drafting of legal documents, the fee charged will depend on the complexity of the documents.
For example, a simple Will or Acknowledgement of Debt to be drafted will be R200 per item. If the document is complex a fee will be negotiated.
In all consultations for a legal document to be drafted, the minimum fee for the consultation is R100. Thereafter I will advise what information I require and the costs. If it is for a simple document, then only a R100 will need to be paid once the information is delivered and I will advise the date it can be collected, alternatively will be emailed.
For complex documents such as Building / Renovation agreements, Joint Venture agreements, Memorandums of Incorporation, business contracts, etc. the fee will be negotiated and the initial fee for the consultation will be R250. The price of the entire contract (including the initial consultation fee) will not normally not exceed R1000.
I will also review contracts (i.e., carefully consider to what degree the contract is prejudicial to you) for a fee depending on the size of the contract.
Any other legal work, except criminal and maritime law, can also be done via a negotiated arrangement.
