For you to be eligible for a work permit you need to have a job offer and formal qualifications in the form of a National Diploma or a degree that's in line with the job offer. Low-income paying jobs do not afford one the eligibility to aquire a work permit such as a domestic worker, till operators, waiters, gardeners , child minders ,auxiliary nurse the list goes on. Any form of employment that does not have qualifications can not Grant you the access to applying for a work permit. We would have to find other means and alternatives for you to secure a permit🤝👩‍💻

And for one to apply for a business visa ,one needs to have proof of investment capital which is over a million rand .You may apply for a waiver if the business has been operating for some time and you have an employment equity of 60 / 40 % .With out this one may struggle .It is important for one to know what one qualifys for and furthermore have sound knowledge that can benefit them and make the right decisions.
